We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Wrong Items & Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days (1 week) of delivery.
After this period, delivery-related claims may not be accepted.

Lifetime Warranty (Long-Term Coverage)
We offer a lifetime warranty on our products.
There is no time limit to claim this warranty.
This covers manufacturing defects or material faults under normal use.
This does not cover damage caused by:

Unauthorized modifications
At our discretion, eligible claims under lifetime warranty may be resolved through repair, replacement, or partial/full refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different product is to return the original item (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order separately.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
